Excellent experience buying and then selling 3 years later. We had to move for my job, we found this out over the holiday season so everything was a bit hectic, but Sarah came in, gave us a short list of items to address, had a packet together already on the 1st meeting with the market analysis all put together so we could decided what to list the house for, made the entire process easy so we could enjoy the holiday with our family, helped with information on different services like a tree service and cleaning service so I didn't have to search around, and at the end of the day she was able to schedule everything so we could get the final pictures taken for listing after the holidays and not start showing until we had already packed up and moved out. Once we were gone out of state she took care of everything for us, including making sure we were kept in the loop the entire time, and getting all the e-documents to us to sign. The house sold in less then a week for a good amount more then asking price. Very happy with the entire experience, I would highly recommend using Sarah to buy or sell your house!

We can’t say enough about what Sarah did for us during our home buying process. We were relocating from Massachusetts to Colorado due to career advancement.
